Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Bartware, a service operated by V. A KOSHER INC. LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew and your account will move to the Free plan.
2. Refunds
We offer a refund for your most recent subscription payment if you request it within 7 days of the charge, provided the Service has not been used to run scans in a way that indicates substantial use during that period. To request a refund, contact support@emergingsmarttech.com with your account email.
3. Non-refundable Items
Fees for completed billing periods are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, downtime, or issues caused by factors outside our control.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charge and therefore no cancellation or refund applies. You may stop using it at any time.
5. Late Payments
Invoices unpaid for more than thirty (30) days will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and may result in a temporary suspension of service.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
